วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2565 เวลา 09.00 น.นายอลงกต แสวงสุข นายกเทศมนตรีตำบลเทพวงศา ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีมอบ" วุฒิบัตรนักเรียนโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุเทศบาลตำบลเทพวงศา" รุ่นที่ 4 / 2562 จำนวน 40 คน และจัดพิธีเปิดโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ รุ่นที่ 5 จำนวน 40 คน ภายในคราวเดียวกัน โดยมีคณะผู้บริหาร คณะสภาเทศบาล และหัวหน้าหน่วยงานราชการ ทุกภาคส่วนในอำเภอเขมราฐ ให้เกียรติเข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งนักเรียนผู้สูงอายุรุ่นที่ 5/2565 ได้ดำเนินการเปิดเรียนเป็นวันแรก ณ ศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและส่งเสริมอาชีพผู้สูงอายุ เทศบาลตำบลเทพวงศา อ.เขมราฐ จ.อุบลราชธานี
